All of my dishes are freshly cooked to order with high quality, natural ingredients. Fresh individual bases are cooked for each dish and certain dishes require time to marinate overnight in order to achieve their authentic flavour.
I do not use artificial flavours or colour and olive oil is the base for my dishes which is lighter, healthier and easier to digest. You won’t be needing gaviscon after eating my cooking!
Please order in advance and request a pick up time with me by Thursday evening.
I may have late availability for Friday pick up, so please call or message me if you are ordering late.

One of the most popular and delicious Punjabi dishes - Butter Chicken. Tender, juicy chunks of chicken breast, marinated overnight in an abundant spice infused yogurt masala. The chicken is then slowly cooked and added to my rich, creamy, indulgent, aromatic, tomato Punjabi makhani masala sauce.
My mums recipe of peas and Indian cottage cheese - paneer, simmered in a luscious fragrant sauce of tomato, whole and ground spices. The subtle flavours of cassia bark, black cardamom. cloves and green cardamom make this dish even more delicious and flavourful. Simple, but a great combination of flavours.
A delicious classic North Indian recipe and a staple weekly dish in my home growing up.
Fresh cauliflower, succulent peas and diced potatoes all cooked in aromatic Indian spices and a mouth watering tomato masala. This is one of my most popular dishes.
Wholesome, healthy red kidney beans slowly cooked in a thick and luscious masala gravy. The flavour and depth of this delicious dal is intensified by adding a sumptuous aromatic spices, onion and garlic masala. A popular dish from North India.

4 small pots of each main dish, a larger pot of rice and a small naan. You’ll also receive a small pot of kachumba salad and your choice of yogurt.
(Please note that this is a tasting menu and individual portions are smaller than a side dish.)

My mum taught me how to make these tasty naans without sugar and yeast. Once cooked they are garnished with butter and fresh coriander.
Please note that these are smaller than standard restaurant sizes and cooked fresh for every order.

Fluffy cooked basmati rice with a light dressing of olive oil and roasted cumin seeds. Perfect with any dish.
Delicate basmati rice cooked in rich and fragrant whole and ground spices Including turmeric, whole cumin, bay leaves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves and cassia bark. Finished with a garnish of lightly toasted flaked almonds.
This refreshing Indian salad combines juicy diced tomato, cucumber, crunchy radish, zingy red onion and fragrant coriander. My salad is finished with a lightly spiced fresh lemon juice dressing.
My mums delicious recipe of delicately spiced infused yogurt - dahi, mixed with little deep fried gram flour balls - boondi.
This was always served at our home when we had guests over for dinner.
Refreshing and cool. This dish is yogurt raita, with fresh mint and finely diced cucumber. Perfect to enjoy on the side of any dish.
Simple plain yogurt - nothing else.
A dollop of fresh dehi is a perfect addition to all Indian dishes. If you find any dish a little too hot to handle, plain yogurt will always help to make your meal much more palatable and tasty.
